Officer Dan Carrone with the Elmwood Park Police Department responded to a call of loud music disturbing neighbors, and he arrived to find a band performing in the backyard of a residence. He explained to the band that they had to turn it down or stop playing -- but offered to let them play one last song if they allowed him to play the drums.
