Dave Parker, public information officer for the Arkansas Department of Transportation has issued a statement via Twitter that the I430 River Bridge closure will be postponed due to winter weather concerns. That means that the bridge will be open for Valentine's weekend, and that the bridge is now scheduled for closure from February 19th through February 21st. More details will be released in the coming days, and will be available at ARDOT.gov
