A Guy Fills Out Form for a Lockdown Pass To Go "Smash a Guy's Face In"

Police controls passersby's papers near the Eiffel tower in Paris during a lockdown in France aimed at curbing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

France is in lockdown right now (thanks, Covid-19!) so people can only travel to places near their home for essential activities, like grocery shopping or doctor's appointments. If you want to go farther for any reason, you need to fill out a form and get the okay.

On Friday, a 39-year-old named Daniel Kerdraon filled out the official form requesting an exemption so that he could go "smash a guy's face in." Daniel got really detailed on the form, and that's how police found him hiding behind a car outside the guy's house, waiting to smash his face in.

As great as it was that Daniel filled out the form to stay compliant, police said that wasn't a valid reason for an exemption, so he was fined for that violation and also for being drunk in public.

Still no word on why Daniel wanted to smash the guy's face in. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
