Radiohead suing Lana Del Rey over "Creep"

Del Rey confirmed British tabloid reports that she's potentially being sued by the band in a tweet. The song in question is "Get Free," off her current album, Lust for Life. The band feel it's appropriated from its breakthrough hit, "Creep." Del Rey tweets that although she knows her song "wasn't inspired by 'Creep,' Radiohead feel it was and want 100 percent of the publishing." She says she offered "up to 40 [percent] over the last few months but they will only accept 100. Their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court."

Neither the band, nor Del Rey's reps have commented as yet. (Pitchfork)
